Manage Cards

PingPong Cards offers multiple functionalities for card management including Balance Management, Topup, Activate, Deactivate, View Transaction etc.

Balance Management

PingPong Cards has a standalone balance for topup and balance transfer. You can topup by PingPong Account balance. We accept the following currencies as top up currencies: USD，HKD，EUR，CAD，AUD，SGD，JPY，GBP，CNH. If you top up other currencies other than USD，it will be converted into USD based on real-time exchange rate.
If you want to deactivate a card, you can make balance transfer which means the existing balance on the deactivated card can be revert back to the PingPong Card balance.

Topup

PingPong Account Balance - PingPong Card Balance - PingPong Card Credit
Here is the fund flow of PingPong Account Balance, PingPong Card Balance and PingPong Card Credit.
You can use your existing PingPong Account Balance to topup PingPong Card Balance. PingPong Card Balance is only used to topup PingPong Cards. You can use PingPong Card Balance to topup different cards.

Activate

A PingPong Card is not active for payment when it is created. You can only use it when you topup this card. With an available credit, you can make payments according to the credit. Transactions with amount exceed the credit will be declined by issuing bank.

Deactivate

If you want to close a PingPong Card, you can use the Deactivate function. Remaining balance on this card can be revert back to your PingPong Card Balance. You can create a new card and topup with your PingPong Card Balance.

Transaction Details

We provider different transaction details for multiple purpose including authorization recods, clearing records, account details and card details.
