PingPong Card is a virtual credit card issued by PingPong and its partner banks. PingPong Card can be used for online payment wherever MasterCard is accepted. You can apply for multiple PingPong cards, top up with your PingPong account balance, and manage your cards online.

What are the requirements?
Registered PingPong clients can contact your Sales manager to activate the function.
How to start using PingPong card?
After your SM help you get the CARD application approved, you can see the CARD menu appeared on PingPong portal.
First, you need to activate your first Card by entering the CARD section – apply for a new card, then inform your SM to get the 1st card approved by PingPong system, after that, you can start to use the CARD.
Is there a physical card?
No. Currently we provide virtual cards only.
Where can I use PingPong card?
You can use PingPong cards on:
- e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- developers (such as Apple, Google, etc.).
- Advertising fees (such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Logistics costs.

What is the currency of the bill for PingPong Cards?
The billing currency is USD.
What kind of currency is accepted for topping up?
Currently, USD, HKD, EUR, CAD, AUD, SGD, JPY, GBP, CNH is accepted for topping up.
Can PingPong Cards be used for payments in other currencies besides USD?
Yes! PingPong Cards can be used for payments in any currency supported by card issuer. This part of the transaction will be settled into US dollars according to the exchange rate provided by the card issuer and recorded in your PingPong card bill.
