API Service Scope

Our API is designed to be flexible and give you control in how and when you convert currencies, make payments and manage your accounts. Below are the available services you can access via API endpoints currently:

• FX Conversion
• Payout
• Card

API Access Procedure

Step 1. Read the documentation

Explore PingPong API documentation in Developer Center to know API and functionality and learn how to use PingPong API.

Step 2. Access the sandbox

Contact an expert at developer_api@pingpongx.com for sand box access. You can get your own private sandbox. Our expert will create credentials for you by which you can start developing in minutes.

Step 3. Build and test by Demo API

We offer demo code for testing in PingPong Test Env. Developers can simulate all API calls in sandbox. No real transactions will be executed.

Step 4. Register a live PingPong account

Our sales expert will open a live account for you. By talking with you, we will clearly understand your requirements and provider our advice on integration. Any question regarding technical, compliance and contractual can be discussed with us.
We will walk you through the onboarding process and run any testing that is required to set you up and running. Once you have a live PingPong account, we wil create your API key for access to the production systems.

Step 5. Go live

When your onboarding is complete and tests are done. you will be able to collect funds, make currency conversion and payouts!
